How it works

  1. Send us your group size

Your name, contact details and a rough headcount. Add a date if you already have one.

  2. We put the programme and quote together

Activities, catering and a seminar if needed. If anything needs clarifying, we ask a couple of questions.

  3. You confirm what suits you

You look over the programme and the price. If you want anything changed, we change it.

  4. You arrive with your team

We run the day: instructors, equipment and catering are all on site.

What you do during the day

These three are in the sample package. With a larger group we split people into teams that move between the activities in parallel.

  • Two mountain carts at the start line, with colleagues watching the timed run.

    Timed mountain car runs

Teams go head to head on the mountain cars. We find out who the fastest drivers of the day are.

  • A participant in a helmet and harness on the zipline, giving a thumbs up.

    600 m zipline

A ride down the Kiviõli hill on the longest zipline in Estonia.

  • A participant operating a real excavator on the Kiviõli Seikluskeskus mining ground.

    Precision task in the mine

A team contest on real excavators on the centre's mining-themed ground.

The day can also be built around other activities

Activities can be combined with one another.

One place, one organiser, the whole day taken care of

The activities, the café and the meeting room are all on the same site, by a man-made hill around 90 metres high. Nobody has to drive anywhere else during the day or deal with several different suppliers.

  • Activities organised and supervised
  • Catering on site
  • A meeting room if you need one
  • Free parking
  • All necessary equipment
  • A programme we put together for you

Kiviõli is closer to Tallinn than it seems

Most of the drive from Tallinn to Kiviõli is straight along the Tallinn–Narva road. In practice the drive can be comparable to crossing Tallinn at rush hour, from Viimsi to Mustamäe for example, just without sitting in city traffic.

The drive is part of the day out: the team travels together in the morning and the whole day happens in one place.

For bigger groups we build the day differently — participants are split into smaller teams and the activities run in parallel.

One possible team day

We adjust the programme to:

  • what you would like
  • the activities you choose

Two hours in the meeting room with a projector and a flip chart. If you do not need a seminar, we build the day without it.

    Lunch

Lunch together in the Kiviõli Seikluskeskus café.

  4. 13:15

    Adventure programme

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to organise anything ourselves?

No. Tell us your group size and preferred date — we put the programme and price together and take care of the activities, equipment and catering.

How big can the group be?

We run team days for groups of 10 people and up. We can also host considerably larger groups, up to roughly 200 people. With a larger group we split participants into smaller teams and run the activities in parallel.

Can the programme be changed?

Yes. The sample day is one option — we can adjust whether you need a seminar and for how long, the choice of activities and the catering to suit the size of the group and what the company wants.

What happens if it rains?

The activities run in the rain as well. Clothing suited to the weather matters, and we recommend a rain poncho when it is wet. In a thunderstorm or high winds, outdoor activities may be paused temporarily for safety.

Is catering provided on site?

Yes, we handle the catering for the whole day on site. There are coffee breaks and group menus to choose from, and we can put together a bespoke menu if needed.

Can you cater for special diets?

We can. Tell us about any dietary requirements when you ask for the quote and we will build the menu around them.

Does the meeting room have to be booked separately?

No, the sample package includes two hours in the meeting room. If you do not need the seminar, or need the room for longer, we adjust that in the quote.
